As we learn to adapt to the ongoing pandemic, a trend-defining conversation has lingered around the benefits of working from home. Convincing employees to return to the office, at least part time, will be critical for companies to ensure the preservation of culture, productivity, and innovation. There are several technologies that business can employ to ensure the safety of their employees as they return to the office – one such technology is automated valet parking (AVP). AVP offers numerous benefits; other than the convenience that comes with a self-driving car, enabled to park itself, AVP technology encourages touchless interactions, reducing the risk of exposure to others. However, AVP not only provides a solution for pandemic-related precautions, but will disrupt the leaning obsolescence of real estate, the changes in transportation and commuter preferences, and will reinvent commercial real estate as proactive, dynamic assets. Overall, AVP offers the potential for a safe, secure, and connected future in real estate.
Join Mark Arizmendi of Northwest Capital Partners as he shares his perspective on how using Automated Valet Parking can allow companies to transition safely back to in-person work. For anyone interested in Automation and Technological Development, this will be a chance to hear advice from a real expert in the field.
