Duration of A Session
A session is a presentation, panel discussion or keynote and it lasts 90 minutes, including roughly 5 minutes of initial organization and 5 minutes for preparation for next session. A session may be shorter at liberty of the session organizers.
Time Zones of Summit Sessions
Are the time zones most convenient for the participants from the US and Canada, for example, between 11:00am to 7:00pm, Eastern Time.
Regular Presentation
A presentation main focus is to educate attendees.
Sponsored Presentation
A presentation created by a sponsor, normally with more sales content or product demonostrations.
Zoom
Is used for our presentations, panelist discussions or keynotes as live video streaming.
Host
Manages a session, that is either a presentation, a panel discussion or a keynote speaker. He or she introduces the presenter(s) and/or panelists, controls the zoom functions, and emails zoom links to the presenter(s) and attendees prior a session.

Valid for any presentation of any summit in 2021 organized by GAO Tek Inc. and GAO RFID Inc.
Ticket Transfer & Share
Perfectly allowed within your organization.
Ticket Refund
100% refundable within 30 days of purchase without any questions asked.
100% refundable within 1 year of purchase with an explanation from the buyer and subject to review and approval by our company

Is offered if an attendee not satisfied with a presentation

Fees
GAO does not charge, nor pay a speaker, a panelist or a chair for the opportunity.
UDCC
A unique discount coupon code (UDCC).
Reward
22.5% of all ticket sales, with your UDCC, excluding taxes. Or 25.5% of the ticket sales, excluding taxes, for the speakers of the two summits running from Jan. 20 to Feb 19, 2021.
Ticket Discount
25% off the ticket prices for the holder of your UDCC.

Can I Have A Shorter Session?
Yes. A session is a presentation, panel discussion or keynote and it is slotted for 90 minutes, including about 5 minutes of initial organization and 5 minutes for preparation for next session. However, you can have it shorter.

Standard Sponsorship
Absolutely free and available to all companies!
Premium Sponsorship
Offers various promotional opportunities with an affordable sponsorship fee
Resident Summit
A summit whose scope provides the best match of a sponsor’s target market and hence chosen by the sponsor for promotional activities offered in their premium sponsorship package.
Custom Summit
A group of 50 presentations selected by the sponsor or GAO based on the keywords provided by the sponsor. Such 50 presentations may come from different summits and form a Custom Summit. The Custom Summit could last weeks or a couple of months.
Rebate
22.5% of all ticket sales, with your UDCC, excluding taxes shall become your rebate for your sponsorship fee. If your rebate exceeds your sponsorship fee, we will pay you the difference. In such case, you will have a premium sponsorship at 0 cost to you and even receive an additional revenue!
Ticket Discount
25% off the ticket prices for the holder of your UDCC.
