Register for the presentations you wish to attend here!  Once you have purchased your tickets, you can complete the form below to sign up for the presentations you wish to attend to.  Each presentation in the agenda has a corresponding 4 or 6 digit code.  Please enter the codes in the form below for the presentations you wish to attend. You will be registered for those presentations and prior to the presentation you will be emailed an invitation to attend.

Please Note: You must book the presentation you wish to attend a
minimum of 1 day prior to the day of the presentation.
