Toronto, Canada – GAO Tek Inc. has announced the release of its DDS function generator with arbitrary waveform function utilizing Direct Digital Synthesis technology. This DDS function generator is designed for use in such applications as maintenance of communication equipment and electronic components production.
This DDS function generator, model A0230008, provides a sampling rate of 100 MSa/s, a vertical resolution of 8 bit and a waveform length of 1 k-pts. It also provides key operation for all functions, menu display and rotary dial adjustment. It has 32 pre-stored waveforms including: Sine, Square, Triangle, Ramp, and Pulse and 8 user-defined arbitrary waveforms.
This DDS function generator can store up to 40 groups of settings. It provides a stable output waveform down to 1 mV (50 Ω). This generator has CHA & CHB ADD functions. It is equipped with an RS232 interface and optional 200 MHz frequency counter and power amplifier. In addition, modulations including FM, FSK, PSK and ASK can be generated.
