Overview
GAOTek’s high-precision 8-Ch analog input ethernet remote I/O module 16-Bit is an industrial-grade, high-reliability, and high-precision data acquisition solution. It is embedded with a 32-bit high-performance microprocessor MCU and integrates an adaptive 10/100M industrial Ethernet port. This device supports Modbus TCP (master and slave) and can be seamlessly integrated into SCADA, OPC servers, and other automation systems. Designed to withstand harsh industrial environments, it is widely applied in automation, monitoring, and control systems.

- Embedded 32-Bit High Performance Microprocessor MCU, inbuilt watchdog;
- Power supply 9V to 36V DC with over voltage and phase-reversal protection;
- Integrated 10/100M adaptive Ethernet port, With 6KV ESD protection;
- Optical isolated digital input (Compatible Dry or Wet type), supports max 700KHz high speed pulse counter, The optional low-speed pulse frequency can reach up to 10 kHz.
- Support DIN2 to DIN12 as a low-speed pulse counter. The anti-jitter time can be set to 1ms to 2000ms, the default is 1ms, and the corresponding pulse frequency is up to 1KHz;
- DO supports Sink output, DO1 can be used as high-speed pulse output, supports 10Hz to 300KHz;
- Isolated Analog input, 16-bit resolution, supports 0A to 20mA, 4mA to 20mA, 0V to 5V DC, 0V to 10V DC;
- 1 RS485 Serial port, supports Modbus RTU Master/Slave, can extend I/O modules;
- Supports register mapping function and extend I/O inquiry strategy;
- Supports TCP Client and TCP Server, supports max. 5 TCP Client connections;
- 1 channel DC power source output for external device, saving wiring cost;
- Can be managed and configured via configuration software over a local area network (LAN), making it easy to operate and maintain;
- LED instructions work status, with reset button to reset, easy on-site installation and commissioning;
- Using metal shell, protection class IP30. Metal shell and system security isolation, especially suitable for industrial applications in the field.
