Description
Overview
GAOTek cooking oil quality tester is the main source of energy and nutrition and is the cooking material of daily life. Fried food is also favored for its unique taste. Toxic chemicals are produced by the physical and chemical reactions that occur during high temperature cooking. Currently, the traditional method of testing cooking oil is mainly chemical, usually used and carried out by professionals in the laboratory, but the laboratory process always produces contamination and unnecessary waste. The total polar material (TPM) value is the only acceptable standard for cooking oil testing. It reflects the quality of frying oil by the change of total polar material (TPM) during the frying oil heating process. It is mainly used for fast detection of all kinds of frying oil at high temperature (temp <392 ℉ (200 ℃).
