GAOTek’s color video quad processor systems take analog video inputs from the video output, allowing the users to control the video output using the following display mode: quad split, full screen, PIP (picture in picture), dual screen (2 camera split), and auto sequence. Color video quad processors processes and stores the video information received from the camera with the help of digital technology. The incoming video images are converted into digital signals by analog-to-digital (A/D) converters. This information is stored and then clocked out at a predetermined rate by the video processor. Furthermore, the incoming video signals from the four cameras is synchronized and combined with a single video output in full screen or in quad format. After these digital signals are clocked out of memory, they are converted into an analog signal by digital-to-analog (D/A) converter and then channeled into video outputs. Once in memory these video processors can display the video on a full screen, or quadrant playback mode format.

Moreover, they provide split-screen output for real-time multiple video channel displays, live monitoring, and recordings. They also have a different level sensitivity of motion detection with automatic display of picture and alarm when motion detected.
