Overview
GAOTek vibration monitoring sensor for preventive maintenance for simple diagnosis, developed from the standpoint of vibration sensor users. People can naturally feel and hear changes in vibration. This is equipped with an inexpensive MEMS vibration sensor with performance that can capture changes in vibration and sound just like human senses. The main feature of this system is the ability to save a 3-axis acceleration raw waveform with a sampling interval of 3200 Hz that is easy-to-use and analyse. Each 10-second measurement is fixed, and 96,000 acceleration data points in total for the 3 axes are stored in a data file of approximately 130 kB.
