Overview

GAOTek arbitrary function generators generates pulses with a repetition rate of up to 12.5 MHz/25 MHz; The pulse width can be set to 15 ns to 999 s, with a resolution of 5 ns. The rise/fall time is optional within the range of 8 ns to 500 ns, which is very useful for measuring the input hysteresis of semiconductor devices. It is easy to create any waveform using computer software. You can use the front panel USB port to load the stored waveform, or use HMExplorer freeware (available for download) to import the stored waveform.
