GAOTek CCTV IP Camera Tester is utilized to gauge the overall signal strength in a video, while the PEAK signal level indicates the highest point of signal amplitude. Additionally, the SYNC signal level measures the strength of synchronization signals, ensuring proper timing in the video signal.
