Description
Overview
GAOTek CIE brightness lab laboratory colorimeter is mainly measure the whiteness of various objects such as paper and cardboards, pulp and chemical fiber pulp, cotton and chemical fiber, textile, plastic, ceramic, enamel, starch, salt, white cement, porcelain clay and French chalk. It can also measure optical performance such as the opacity of thin-sheet materials. It simulates a D 65 illuminant to illuminate. The instrument employs d/o illuminating-viewing geometrical conditions, with a diameter of the globe of diffusion of 5.9 in (150 mm) and a diameter of the test hole of 1.2 in (30 mm), with a light absorber, it eliminates the effect of specular reflection light of the sample. The peak wavelength of spectral power distribution of the R 457 whiteness optical system is 457 nm and its half-width is 44 nm. The instrument can measure and digitally display the whiteness, fluorescent, whitening, whiteness, opacity (%), etc.
