Overview
GAOTek Electric Leakage Current Tester is specially designed and manufactured for on-site online testing of transformer core grounding current and leakage current in power systems. It consists of a host, current clamp, monitoring software, communication cables, etc. Power transformers are important electrical equipment in the power system. Once faults occur during operation, they will have serious consequences for the power system. The iron core of a normally operating transformer is grounded at a single point. If two or more points are grounded simultaneously, a current circuit will be formed between the iron core and the ground, with a maximum current of several tens of amperes, which will cause local overheating or even burning of the iron core. It can quickly detect potential faults in transformers and is the main tool to ensure safe operation and normal maintenance of transformers. The instrument has anti-interference ability and can be used in environments with strong magnetic field interference near transformers. Mainly suitable for leakage current testing of iron cores and clamps used as electrical equipment such as transformers and reactors in substations and power plants. It can also be used for current and leakage current testing of lines or equipment in fields such as power, communication, meteorology, railways, oil fields, construction, metrology, scientific research and teaching institutions, industrial and mining enterprises, etc. The host adopts a high-speed microprocessor, a 3.5-inch colour touch LCD screen, intelligent touch operation, convenient and fast. Can display the size and waveform of the measured current in real-time; Using techniques such as FFT transformation and digital filtering to make test data more accurate; Equipped with alarm threshold setting and alarm indication functions; Equipped with date clock and setting functions; Equipped with automatic shutdown time function; Has the function of setting the sample number; Equipped with a USB interface, it can import stored data into a computer, and the instrument can store 200 sets of data and waveforms. The current clamp is made of special alloy and adopts magnetic shielding technology, which has low external magnetic field influence and strong anti-interference ability, ensuring high precision, high stability, and high reliability of continuous measurement throughout the year.
