Overview
GAO Tek extraction kit for genetic test is suitable for extracting genomic DNA from Oral swabs and saliva. The DNA is bound to the surface of Magbee’s coated with silicon under high-salt conditions. After multiple washings, impurities such as proteins are removed and low-salt conditions. Under elution, high-purity genomic DNA is obtained, and the obtained product can be used for clinical in vitro testing.
