Description
Overview
GAOTek multiple channel oscilloscope is a platform of 4-input channels, 500MHz bandwidth, 5GSa/s sampling rate, and VPO waveform display. The split screen feature has been designed to meet the requirements of multi-window & multi-signal tests in the research and the manufacturing fields. The optional power analysis software and the optional serial bus analysis software are available to facilitate the engineer’s tasks in testing and manufacturing of the associated products. This product uses VPO (Visual Persistence Oscilloscope) signal processing technology to improve the performance of waveform display capabilities with high-speed waveform update rates and multi-level afterglow display.
The design of the product adopts a high-speed FPGA parallel processing mode, replacing the traditional microprocessor architecture, greatly improving data processing speed and waveform acquisition rate. VPO technology enables them to express the frequency of test signals in a multi-level afterglow similar to that of analog oscilloscopes. Because VPO technology oscilloscopes display each wave point using 3-dimensional waveform data including amplitude, time, and signal strength for the displayed signals, provides more useful information on the screen than conventional digital storage oscilloscopes. High speed waveform capture technology allows for more accurate analysis of fast events such as video, jitter, noise, and low wave signals. In addition to being equipped with passive probes, the series can also be equipped with differential probes or current probes for additional testing applications. Three 25 MHz, 50 MHz, and 100 MHz differential probes, and two new 50 MHz/30A and 100 MHz/30A current probes, paired with them provide an overall solution to meet the needs of various power testing applications.
