Description
Overview
The Partial Discharge Tester is based on the experience of many years of partial discharge test and is suitable for on-line detection and positioning of partial discharge of high voltage equipment. The system is equipped with a composite TEV sensor, ultra-high frequency sensor, high-frequency current transformer and high-sensitivity ultrasonic sensor to collect partial discharge signals inside the high-voltage equipment. The system adopts multi-stage detection and frequency reduction technology to reduce the frequency of the discharge signal. At the same time, the high-speed AD conversion circuit is used to complete the digitization of the signal, and the reliability of the detection data is ensured by the interference signal processing methods such as digital signal processing and adaptive filtering. The fast-running detection of the operating state of the device can be performed by collecting different signals generated by partial discharges in different high voltage devices. The instrument can be installed and tested under the operating condition of the equipment and has no impact on the normal operation of the equipment. It is convenient for the staff to evaluate the operating status of the switch cabinet in time, which improves the reliability, safety, and effectiveness of the equipment operation. The hand-held multifunctional partial discharge tester consists of a tester host, a TEV sensor, an ultrasonic sensor, a high-frequency current transformer, an ultra-high frequency sensor, and a connecting line.
