Warranty & Returns
All GAO Tek (GAO) products are warranted against defective material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of shipment. Within the warranty period, any product determined to be defective by GAO’s tech support staff would be repaired or replaced at GAO’s discretion.
Within the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment of the unit to GAO, and GAO will be responsible for shipping this unit back to the customer after repairing or replacement.
The warranty on the product shall not apply to defects resulting from the following:
– Unauthorized repair or modification
– Misuse, negligence, or accident.
To ship a product to GAO for any purpose, the customer needs to contact our tech support first at support@gaotek.com, give us the reasons, obtain the approval and an RMA# code (Return Materials Authorization number) which is valid for 20 days.
