Description
Overview
GAOTek Monitor Port DWDM Mux Demux is a high-density, low loss, and suitable for long-haul transmission passive DWDM device based on AAWG (Gaussian). This unit can be used as either a multiplexer or de-multiplexer (mux or demux). In accordance with the ITU-T G.694.1 100 GHz grid, it maximizes the capacity of the C-band range. In conjunction with the FS transponders and amplifiers, etc., this mux demux supports a wide range of architectures from simple point-to-point to amplified ring configurations.
Features
- Traffic, MON port for optical performance monitoring.
- A single fibre can be shared for multiple different data.
- It maximizes the usefulness of fibre and generates substantial savings.
- It’s transparent to any rate, any service multiplexing and upgrade
- the monitor port offers flexible monitoring.
- OSNR of the optical signal without service interruption
