Overview
GAOTek SFP Transceiver is a transceiver module designed for optical communication applications, adhering to the 100GBASE-LR4 standard of the IEEE P802.3ba. This module efficiently converts 4 input channels of 25 Gbps electrical data into LAN WDM optical signals, multiplexing them into a single channel for 100Gbps optical transmission. On the receiver side, it demultiplexes a 100 Gbps optical input into 4 channels of LAN WDM optical signals, converting them to 4 output channels of electrical data. The central wavelengths of the LAN WDM channels adhere to the IEEE 802.3ba standard. This high-performance module, equipped with cooled LAN WDM EA-DFB transmitters and sensitive PIN receivers, ensures superior performance for 100Gigabit Ethernet applications up to 10km links, meeting the optical interface requirements of IEEE802.3ba Clause 88 100GBASE-LR4.
