Working principle
Using high-frequency principle, the apparatus has a natural frequency. It measures moisture content of different objects. Using sensor, it identifies the frequency of the objects and displays the frequency-current of identified object in digital display.
Instructions for use:
GAOTek Moisture Meter with Concrete (High Precision, Light Weight) measuring instruments, measuring premise is full contact with the measured object. It has a strong penetrating frequency. if there is any surrounding metal, it will lead to inaccurate measurements. Therefore, make sure there is no metal around the probe.
Steps:
- The meter should be Hand-held, when the probe is not in contact with the measured object, press ON button, the LCD screen display 00.0. If it is not within this range, slowly adjust the zero knob (ADJ).
- Hand the meter, the probe pressing the measured surface, press the button ON, until stable figures show the moisture value of measured object.
