Overview
GAOTek electrical tester measures voltage up to 1000 V AC through its open fork without any test lead contact to the live voltage. Additionally, this tool fits in your pocket and comes equipped with Field Sense technology, which detects an electrical field. It is the first-ever instrument of its kind. Thanks to Fluke’s unique Field Sense technology, the device can measure voltage up to 1000 V AC using only the meter’s open fork. You don’t need to open covers or remove wire nuts to take voltage readings on AC sources. The meter’s open fork jaw measures 0.7 in (17.8 mm) and is large enough to fit wires up to AWG 4/0. It can also measure current up to 200 An AC through its open fork while showing voltage and current readings on its backlit screen.
