Overview
GAOTek Optical Variable Attenuators are used for continuously variable optical signal attenuation. They are used in the laser system for the on-line testing, therefore, they can be used in the digital system of communication devices (such as: PHD, SDH) and also in the system of adopting analog modulation (CATV).

- Stepwise attenuation with circumgyrate dial 0.05 dB per step
- Displays dB and dBm attenuation values
- 10 minutes auto-off, activated and deactivated with keypad
- Memorizes attenuating value and step after instrument shutdown
- Restores to previous state when the instrument is reopened
