Mixed Oscilloscope

GAO’s electrical mixed oscilloscope testers are devices that combine the functionality of an oscilloscope and a multimeter into a single tool. These testers are used to measure and analyze electronic signals and electrical properties in various applications. The oscilloscope function allows the user to visualize and analyze the waveform of an electrical signal, which is useful for troubleshooting and understanding how a circuit is behaving. The multimeter function measures various electrical properties, such as voltage, current, resistance, and continuity. Combining these two functions into a single device allows users to perform both types of measurements quickly and easily, without having to switch between separate tools. This makes electrical mixed oscilloscope testers a convenient and versatile tool for electronic technicians, and engineers.

GAO’s electrical mixed oscilloscope testers are composed of input channels, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, display, and controls.

Mixed oscilloscopes are also commonly called mixed-signal oscilloscopes (MSOs), mixed-domain oscilloscopes, digital storage oscilloscopes with logic analyzers, mixed oscilloscope analyzers, digital oscilloscopes with logic probes, dual-function oscilloscopes, combined oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, logic-oriented oscilloscopes, analog and digital oscilloscopes, oscilloscopes with digital triggering, mixed-scopes, oscillo-logic analyzers, oscillo-meters with digital capabilities, analog/digital waveform analyzers, signal analysis oscilloscopes, waveform and logic analyzers, mixed-signal measurement devices, mixed-input test equipment, oscilloscopes with logic capture, analog and digital waveform recorders.

GAO Tek’s electrical mixed oscilloscope testers have the following functions:

  • Analog signal acquisition: GAO’s mixed signal oscilloscope (MSO) can capture and display analog signals, such as voltage waveforms, over time.
  • Digital signal acquisition: Our MSO can capture and display digital signals, such as the output of a microcontroller or a serial data stream.
  • Waveform analysis: GAO’s MSO can perform various analyses on captured waveforms, such as frequency, voltage, and timing measurements.
  • Mixed signal analysis: Our MSO can display both analog and digital signals on the same time axis, making it easier to correlate and analyze the behavior of a system that includes both types of signals.
  • Automated testing: GAO’s MSO can be used in automated test systems to verify the functionality and performance of electronic circuits.

GAO Tek’s electrical mixed oscilloscope testers are rugged, versatile and precision measurement instruments. They comply with applicable industry standards such as International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 61010, IEC 61326, IEC 61000, IEEE 488.2, and ISO 9001.
