Description
Overview
GAOTek Ultra-High Frequency Radar Level Meter is that the radar emits electromagnetic waves on the top of the tank, and the frequency difference between the received signal and the transmitted signal is 6f after the electromagnetic wave is reflected by the radar and the distance R on the surface of the medium is proportional to the relationship between R = C (speed) x 8 f (frequency difference) or 2 or K (frequency modulation slope). Because the speed of light C and the slope K of frequency modulation are known, the distance R of the material surface of the radar installation location can be obtained by estimating the frequency difference of 8f, and then the height of the material level is obtained by subtracting the spatial distance from the radar to the material surface (referred to as air height) through the total height of the known tank.
Features
- millimeter wave radar, measurement accuracy up to + 0.07 in (+ 2 mm), measurement minimum dead zone is 3.93 in (0.1 m)
- Smaller antenna size, to meet more working conditions measurement
- A variety of lens antennas, smaller transmission angles, more concentrated energy, stronger echo signal, under the same mine, it has higher reliability than other radars
- It has stronger penetration, and can be used normally in the case of adhesion and coagulation
- almost not affected by corrosion, foam almost not affected by water vapor, temperature and pressure changes in the atmosphere
- Severe dust environment will not affect the work of electromagnetic waves
- The dynamic signal range is larger, and the measurement of low dielectric constant medium is more stable
- Multiple measurement modes, radar reaction time is less than 1 S in fast measurement mode
- optional 4 to 20 MA + Hart or RS-485 communication, strong resistance to dry flexion
