GAO Tek’s formaldehyde have the following applications in real estate and rental leasing industry:

  • Wood Products: GAO Tek’s Formaldehyde-based resins, such as urea-formaldehyde (UF) and phenol-formaldehyde (PF), are used as adhesives in the manufacture of engineered wood products like plywood, particleboard, and fiberboard. These products are used in construction for flooring, cabinets, and furniture, which can be relevant to the real estate and rental leasing industry.
  • Insulation: Insulation is a critical component in real estate construction, serving to enhance energy efficiency and maintain comfortable indoor temperatures. While many insulation materials may incorporate GAO’s formaldehyde-based binders to provide durability and structure, it’s essential to consider potential emissions.
  • Cabinetry and Millwork: Our Formaldehyde-based adhesives may be used in the construction of custom cabinetry and millwork within properties, impacting the aesthetics and functionality of rental properties and real estate.
  • Furniture: Furniture plays a significant role in real estate staging for both rental and sales properties, contributing to the overall aesthetics and functionality of a space. However, some furniture pieces, including sofas and chairs, may incorporate formaldehyde-based adhesives in their manufacturing process.
  • Flooring: Laminate and engineered wood flooring are popular choices for rental properties and real estate developments due to their affordability, durability, and aesthetic appeal. However, some of these flooring products may contain formaldehyde-based resins as adhesives. These resins can emit formaldehyde gas over time, potentially impacting indoor air quality.
  • Wallpaper and Adhesives: GAO’s Formaldehyde-based adhesives and glues are used in wallpaper production and wall covering applications, which can enhance the aesthetics of rental properties and real estate developments.
  • Textiles and Fabrics:Our Formaldehyde-based finishes on textiles and fabrics provide resistance to wrinkles, shrinkage, and staining, ensuring that curtains, upholstery, and linens in rental properties and real estate developments maintain a fresh and attractive appearance over time.
  • Molded Plastic Products: GAO’s Formaldehyde-based resins in molded plastic components enhance their durability, making them suitable for use in rental homes and real estate properties. These components include light switches, outlet covers, and decorative fixtures, which maintain their functionality and aesthetics.
  • Appliances: Certain appliance components and finishes may incorporate formaldehyde-based materials to increase their lifespan and resist wear and tear. This ensures that appliances in rental properties and real estate units remain reliable and visually appealing.
