Overview
GAOTek oil detector quality tester is used for the determination of the polar component in vegetable oil, animal oil and refined oil. The polar component is the general term of edible oil under the process condition of fried food and produces large polar components. The polar component directly affects the quality of edible oil. The total polarity component (TPM value) reflects the
deterioration of cooking oil at high temperature during frying.
