Description
Overview
GAOTek Paint Coating Thickness Gauge employs both Magnetic and Eddy thickness measurement technologies. It is proficient in measuring the thickness of non-magnetic coating layers on magnetic substrates, including materials such as aluminum, chrome, copper, enamel, rubber, and paint on magnetic substrates such as steel, iron, alloy, and magnetic stainless steel. Additionally, it excels in measuring the thickness of non-metal coatings on non-magnetic metal substrates, covering materials like enamel, rubber, paint, varnish, plastic anodic-oxide layers on non-magnetic metals like aluminum, brass, zinc, and non-magnetic stainless steel. Equipped with data storage and a USB interface, the gauge has the capacity to store 1173 measuring records. Each record encompasses vital information, including measuring results and measuring time. This feature proves to be exceptionally beneficial for effectively managing and ensuring the quality control of your products.
