GAOTek ZigBee Module It comes equipped with a generous 128 KB of ROM (Read-Only Memory) for firmware and program storage. Additionally, it boasts 320 KB of SRAM (Static Random-Access Memory), providing ample working memory for data processing and manipulation. Furthermore, the device incorporates an additional 16 KB of SRAM dedicated to the Real-Time Clock (RTC) for time-sensitive tasks and efficient management of time-related operations.
