Overview
GAOTek Advanced 100GHz Communication Filter with ≤1.6dB Insertion Loss are packet enhanced OTN or WDM platform products intended for Metropolitan area network applications. They can be used as carriers’ OTN access devices or in transmission-bearing networks to implement integrated service access and unified switching of OTN, PKT, or SDH services. These devices encapsulate all services, from low-rate services (such as GE services) to high-bandwidth services (such as 10GE services), into OTN frames for transmission. They feature rich access service types (OTN, WDM, MSTP, and PKT services), large system capacities, strong cross-connect scheduling abilities, multi-protection functions, and high integration. These devices support unified switching of VC, PKT, or ODU services to greatly improve bandwidth usage. They also support DWDM or CWDM multiplexing at the optical layer and support OLP, OBA, or OPA, and DCM.
