Description
Overview
GAOTek portable qPCR instrument is nucleic acid amplification in vitro, heat to uncoil double stranded DNA, hybridize primer with template DNA at annealing temperature, extend primer in the presence of Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, Mg2+ and suitable pH buffer, repeat the process of “denaturation → annealing → primer extension” to 25 ~ 40 cycles. Exponentially expand the nucleic acid copy number in the sample to be tested.
Features
- Easy to carry, vehicle-mounted, small and light in weight
- Fixed optical path, no moving parts
- Means no optical alignment or calibration after moving
- Each channel has a separate high-intensity LED excitation source
- Using separate emission filters and detectors
- Use magnetic induction technology to achieve heating and forced airflow
- Faster heating, and cooling time
- Rotating aluminum rotors have unmatched temperature uniformity
