Overview

GAOTek Wired Coating and Material Thickness Gauge is a device which uses ultrasonic measurement principle, adopts high-speed processor and high integrated chip design to realize portable, non-destructive, fast and accurate measurement of thickness and sound velocity of various materials. What’s more, this model can measure thickness of material through the coating on it. It is suitable for measuring the thickness of various materials, such as steel, metal, glass, ABS, plastics, PVC, ductile iron, etc., which can be transmitted by an ultrasonic wave at a constant speed in its back.

  • Standard block calibration and sound velocity calibration for more accurate tests (sound velocity calibrated by materials with known thickness)
  • Preset velocities for 7 common materials, editable for customized settings
  • Total 2000 data storage in 10 groups (each group can include 200 data)
