Overview
GAOTek Optical Fiber Identifier with High Accuracy (Lightweight) is designed to indicate the signal direction in optical fibers with high accuracy. This device is essential for installation and maintenance of optical fiber cables as it detects the optical signals transmitted through optical fiber cable without disconnecting or damaging the live fibers. This lightweight optical fiber identifier has adapters for 0.03 in (0.25 mm), 0.25 in (0.009 mm), 0.07 in (2.0 mm) and 0.11 in (3.0 mm) fiber. It can also recognize the modulation like 270 Hz, 1 kHz and 2 kHz. When the traffic is present, the intermittently audible tone can be heard. This device features durable metal housing and quality construction and is powered by 1 unit of 9 V battery.
