Description
Overview
GAO Tek DNA sequence determination is an anti body hot start enzyme that suppresses non specific amplification caused by primer mist annealing or primer dimmer formation at low temperatures. It is suitable for start PCR. Since the antibody is inactivated during the initial DNA de maturation step of the reaction, there is no need for special deactivation treatment, it can be used under standard conditions. The PCR product amplified using this product has an ‘A’ base added to the 3rd end, it directly clonable into a T Vector. It can also be cloned into blunt end vectors after end policy and phosphorylation.
