Overview

GAOTek ultrasonic thickness gauges tester intelligently uses pulse-echo and echo-echo detection technology. The advanced digital signal processing chip greatly improves the detection accuracy and greatly improves the yield in the production process. The thickness gauge uses a high-resolution true-color LCD screen, and a highly “human-machine” operating system will provide users an extraordinary experience. The thickness gauge is suitable for measuring the thickness of metals (such as steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, etc.), plastics, ceramics, glass, fiberglass, and any other good conductor of ultrasonic waves. It can be widely used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace and other fields. 

 

Features

  • High-precision thickness measurement: With zero-point calibration and two-point calibration functions, system errors can be automatically corrected; the speed of sound can be reversed based on known thicknesses to improve measurement accuracy 
  • Scan mode: real-time display of the maximum and minimum values of the measured material 
  • Communication and storage: USB interface can communicate with upper computer to realize online measurement of thickness measurement data, TF card storage 
  • Accurate measurement value: 0.0003 in / 3.93 in (0.1 mm / 0.01 mm) resolution. High-precision measurement circuit guarantees 0.01 in / 0.001 in (0.1 mm /0.01 mm) resolution in the entire measurement range 
  • Display interface: 2.4-inch true color LCD screen as the display interface, the backlight brightness is adjustable, and the screen is automatically turned off
