Operating a Peristaltic Pumps: 

Powering On:

  • Switch on the power button, typically located on the front panel. 

Tubing Installation:

  • Choose the appropriate tubing for your application and ensure it is clean and undamaged.

Initiating Operation:

  • Press the start button to initiate pump operation.

Maintaining a Peristaltic Pumps: 

Regular Cleaning:

  • Turn off the pump and disconnect it from the power source. 
  • Follow GAO Tek’s guidelines for cleaning the pump head and tubing to prevent clogs and contamination. 

Tubing Replacement:

  • Periodically inspect the tubing for wear or damage.
