Description
Overview
This compact UHF RFID reader and tag programmer is designed for use in any application requiring an RFID reader with a built in antenna and is packaged for the desktop. It reads tags compliant with EPC Class 1 Gen 2, ISO18000-6C as well as Alien and NXP custom command set. It also supports tag independent 128-type block write for fast encoding. Featuring an integrated circular polarized antenna, this reader provides a read range of about 1 to 12 inches from the surface of the reader depending on the tag. The desktop RFID reader is FCC Part 15 compliant. It uses USB for power supply and data exchange with a host computer.
